• Technical Data: For bug fixing services, we may collect app crash logs, device models, and OS versions.
• Project Data: Source code, assets, and credentials shared securely for development purposes.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly for the following purposes:

• To deliver contracted services (App Development, Marketing, Maintenance).
• To communicate project updates, invoices, and support.
• To ensure compliance with Google Play Store and Apple App Store policies.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification regarding visitors and users with our business partners and advertisers. We use trusted third-party services like Google Firebase, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager solely for service execution.

4. Security Measures

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information, and data stored on our Site.

Terms & Conditions

By accessing this website and hiring ZentrixGlobe Ltd for any services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

1. Service Agreement

ZentrixGlobe Ltd provides Android App Development, Bug Fixing, and Digital Marketing services. The scope of work will be defined in a specific project proposal or contract agreed upon by both parties via email or written document.

2. Payment Terms

• Advance Payment: A 50% non-refundable advance payment is required to initiate any development or fixing project.
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and BEFORE the final delivery of the Source Code or Admin Access.
• Late Fees: Failure to clear payments within 7 days of invoice generation may result in service suspension.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, the Client gets 100% ownership of the developed Source Code, Graphics, and Assets. ZentrixGlobe Ltd retains the right to display the project in its portfolio and case studies unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

4. Project Timeline

Timelines provided are estimates based on the scope of work. ZentrixGlobe Ltd is not liable for delays caused by third-party approvals (e.g., Google Play Store review times) or delays in client feedback.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any app suspension or rejection by Google Play Store if it arises from the client's business model, prohibited content, or policy violations not related to our code.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Refund Policy

At ZentrixGlobe Ltd, we strive to ensure 100% client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital services, we have a strict refund policy to protect our team's time and effort.

1. Cancellation Before Work Starts

If you cancel the project within 24 hours of payment AND before any work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund (minus any transaction/gateway fees incurred).

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following services are strictly non-refundable once purchased:

• Marketing Budget: Funds paid for Google Ads or Facebook Ads campaigns (payable to ad networks).
• Third-Party Fees: Server costs, domain/hosting, or Play Console fees paid on your behalf.
• Completed Milestones: If a specific milestone (e.g., UI Design) is approved, no refund will be issued for that portion.

3. Partial Refunds

If you wish to cancel during the development phase:

• If less than 50% of the work is done, a partial refund may be considered based on the work log.
• If more than 50% of the work is completed, the advance payment is non-refundable.

4. Post-Delivery Support

Once the final app is delivered and accepted by the client, NO refunds will be issued. Instead, we provide a 30-day Free Support Warranty to fix any bugs or logical errors found in our code.
